New growth

I love to walk around our property in the springtime and see the new growth coming. Viewing the greenery as it emerges from the cold ground amidst the blandness of last year dead foliage gives one's heart a lift and a joy ........... knowing that new life is arriving once more. My snowdrops, though still showing this year's blooms, are also making seeds to expand their numbers.




The wild mayflower, which is our provincial flower, greets May.
